One flat price. No usage fees. No payment markup. Ever.

The 0.5% platform fee below is Small’s own charge for the payment infrastructure — not an extra cut added on top of Stripe’s processing rate. Stripe bills its own share separately, at its standard rates, straight to your account, on every plan. We never see it and never mark it up.

When you get paid

0.5% of the invoice before tax, at the moment of payment, and never more than $10 however large the invoice. Nothing is owed on a draft, a sent-but-unpaid invoice, or one you void.

Billed separately by Stripe, at their standard rates, straight to your own Stripe account. We don’t mark it up, and we never touch it.

Payment processing

Stripe bills its own processing fees separately, at their standard rates. Pro removes Small’s 0.5% platform fee. It does not change Stripe’s fees, which are charged by Stripe under your own account and are unaffected by your Small plan.

How the 0.5% fee works

Both examples are Solo’s fee, worked out on a real invoice total. A paid plan pays none of this, on any invoice, while the subscription is active.
