An invoice template for brand deals.
Invoicing your first brand? The invoice below is already filled in with a sponsored post and its usage rights. Change it to your deal, add the brand’s name and print it. It’s free, and there’s no account to make.
What a brand-deal invoice needs.
- 01
The deliverable
Say what you made and where it ran: “Sponsored Instagram reel,” not “content.” If the deal was three stories and a post, that’s two lines.
- 02
Usage rights, on their own line
If the brand can reuse your content, in ads or on its own channels, that’s worth money and it gets its own price. Give it a term, like 90 days, so it ends.
- 03
Payment terms and a due date
Write the date you expect to be paid, not just “net 30.” A finance team pays to a date, and it’s the date you can point to if the money is late.
Your invoice, started for you.
