Five reminders go out on their own — three days before the due date, on the day itself, then seven, fourteen and thirty days after it. Free on Solo and Pro alike, with nothing to schedule yourself and nothing to remember.
Every payment is a direct charge onto your own connected Stripe account — not into a Small account and back out. There’s no balance here, no payout schedule, and nothing to withdraw. On Solo we take our 0.5% out of the charge as it happens, capped at $10.00; on Pro we take nothing, on any payment.

A second person moves the whole organization from Solo to Pro, and the seat price follows the day, not the month: add someone on the 20th and you pay for the ten days they were actually there that month. Remove someone and the rest of the month is credited back. Nobody pays for a seat sitting empty.
